I purchased a product from Anker around 11 months ago. The product has been pretty good as a product in their own. Unfortunately a part of the product stopped working. So, I contacted Customer Service through Anker's online form - you have to provide a description of the problem, proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the product - but nothing unreasonable. I was contacted the following morning about the issue and a replacement was arranged. The correspondence has been super-efficient, friendly and professional - and they solved the problem immediately. What more can you ask for from a service query. Thank you Anker Customer Support, your help was very good!

I decided to make an order from Anker.com. In my opinion, the website was very offensive and their images contained racism. After my purchase, I contacted their customer support and it was not cooperative during communication. I will not be ordering from Anker again.

Bought a cable and power bank. The cable died way too soon considering I know how to take care of my stuff. 2 months for a pretty expensive cable. But I have admit the delivery service is very good.
