Yesterday I made a purchase with the Americanas and I must say was very satisfied with the service! The product was very good. Thanks Americans for the great service.

Last week I made a purchase in American stores and I received a status update that the product was delivered, but is wasn't. I made a complaint, I was annoyed but, luckily, they resolved the problem fairly quickly. I was satisfied, but I emphasize the need to improve the communication channel with the customer, to avoid inconvenience, dissatisfaction and discredit in online purchases.

In the physical stores , the customers simply cannot reach the cashier to pay for the merchandise. I see so many customers give up the products in the checkout line and those responsible do not try to optimize this service. Good prices, though.
