I am not satisfied. I have had bad experience with incompetent customer support, the site is full of bugs and they are just robots. I tried to communicate about the problems but all they say is that it's always your fault when their silly system has errors.

I had great customer service experience with Amazon. Their communications ware spot on. I had a problem with the returning of one of their sellers which was resolved to my satisfaction very fast indeed. The young lady on the phone messaged the seller for me who came back almost straight away with a satisfactory resolution. Well done Amazon and the seller you restored my faith in on line selling keep up the good work.

We had a problem with a a product we ordered for our backyard. We contacted the seller through Amazon and we were able to connect with the seller, Amazon suggested a variety of actions for us to try. They provided us with a couple of solutions but they turned out to be unsuccessful and they sent us new product. Amazon e mailed us regularly regarding steps they had taken on our behalf and so we congratulate them on their customer service.
